I’m a Renal Nutritionist, Chef, Kidney Health Coach, and the caregiver to my husband, who has stage 3 CKD. For four years, I worked as a culinary consultant for American Kidney Fund, where I developed recipes, hosted cooking demos, led webinars, and created educational content for their blog.

When my husband was given his dietary restrictions, we had no idea what to do. He was so terrified of eating the wrong thing that he dropped a pants size in just two weeks. Determined to help him, I enrolled in culinary school, then pursued nutrition education to understand how to support his kidney health.
